Job Title: Remote Recruiter (U.S. Staffing Experience Required)

Location: Fully Remote

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong English communication skills and proven success recruiting for roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines for administrative, professional, or industrial positions, and be comfortable conducting interviews and maintaining conversations with U.S.-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles across various industries.
  • Manage high-volume recruiting pipelines efficiently while ensuring quality candidate experience.
  • Post and manage job listings on major platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate progress.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers in English.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and support onboarding processes when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based positions.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience using job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) and ATS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive work ethic.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Depending on Experience
  • Commissions: Competitive commissions on every successful placement

Schedule:

  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours aligned to U.S. time zones.
