The Opportunity & Role Responsibilities

You will join our team of product experts providing front-line technical support for our clinical platforms to genetic testing professionals all over the world. This customer-facing position will let you leverage your degree in biology and/or bioinformatics to answer technical questions and solve issues encountered by our users. As your experience with the clinical platform increases, you will provide customer demos, assist in on-boarding new users, propose new features based on customer feedback, be in contact with development teams, write the user manual and expand our customer support knowledge base.

What you will bring:

• Master's degree or higher in Biology, Bioinformatics or a related field.
• Previous work experience in roles such as bioinformatician, customer support, NGS laboratory and data analysis, molecular biologist with bioinformatics experience.
• Strong experience with NGS analysis, read alignment, variant calling, etc.
• Experience with the Linux command line.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a must. Good knowledge of other foreign languages (e.g., Portuguese) will be considered a plus.
• Attention to detail, methodical working, and a positive attitude towards learning new technologies and skills.
• Be a positive, enthusiastic, and flexible team player, stepping into a variety of roles to best assist our clients.
• As a person, you are a fast learner and quick to grasp new concepts. In addition, your communication skills characterize you, and you are eager to work in a global team
