EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Onboarding Specialist Analyst
to join our Colombia HR team based in Bogota

We are looking for a strong individual who can work independently with the ability to be a specialist in all the Onboarding processes.

Functions
:

  • Make payment order for payroll and payments to third parties.
  • Sending and modification of contracts according to the request of the managers.
  • Updates of employee information (ARL, Pension, Severance, and affiliation to other entities).
  • Inclusion of beneficiaries to collaborators.
  • Issuance and verification of labor certificates.
  • Carry out processes of withdrawal and disaffiliation to workers.
  • Archiving functions, preparation of all types of documents (letters: withdrawal, increases, promotions, additional clauses, memorandum, withdrawal of cesantias).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in positions such as hiring analyst, hiring assistant, people management analyst or similar
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Advanced Excel
  • Availability to work face-to-face
  • Detail orientation
  • Knowledgeable in all Colombian HR legislations
