Vacante: Business Development Representative (BDR) Junior

En HR Strategic Partner, consultora de recursos humanos, estamos apoyando a uno de nuestros clientes del sector tecnológico B2B en la búsqueda de un Business Development Representative (BDR) para integrarse a un equipo en expansión en Colombia.

Buscamos perfiles con experiencia en prospección, generación de demanda y apertura de oportunidades, con enfoque consultivo, disciplina comercial y orientación a resultados.

Modalidad: Híbrida

Perfil que buscamos:

Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años como BDR / SDR en entornos B2B.

Experiencia en prospección outbound e inbound.

Manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Outreach, C4C o similares).

Experiencia en empresas de tecnología, SaaS, ERP, HR Tech o Fintech.

Capacidad para trabajar con objetivos, métricas y seguimiento de pipeline.

Comunicación clara, constancia y enfoque a resultados.

Responsabilidades principales:

Prospección y contacto con decisores clave.

Calificación de leads y generación de oportunidades comerciales.

Seguimiento de pipeline y coordinación con el equipo de ventas.

Registro y control de información en CRM.

Apoyo en estrategias de social selling y seguimiento post eventos comerciales.
