**Sales Development Representative - SKALA (Sales Skala Builder)**

**Your Mission** As an SDR at SKALA, you’ll be the first voice representing our brand to potential clients. Your role will be to open commercial opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and spark interest in our services. Your success is measured by the _quality and conversion_ of the leads you generate—not just volume.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and map target companies in LATAM and the U.S. with strong potential fit for SKALA.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (ICP, pain points, readiness).
- Schedule meetings with the Business Development team and provide solid pre-context.
- Use CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive) to keep pipeline and metrics up to date.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build creative outreach strategies.
- Maintain a builder mindset: test, measure, and continuously improve the sales process.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or lead generation (ideally in startups, HR services, or consulting firms).
- Strong communication skills — clear, energetic, and authentic.
- Bilingual or upper-intermediate level of English (must).
- High curiosity to understand businesses, people, and organizational cultures.
- Good judgment to identify what makes a company a strong “fit” for SKALA.
- Hands-on, self-starter mindset: you make things happen without waiting for instructions.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Loom, etc.
