Location: Remote, All sites Solvo Colombia - Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Medellín, Cali
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Language Requirement: English Level 9.0 – 10.0

About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling medical appointments, managing health insurance authorizations, and handling medical records requests. This role requires a strong medical background, familiarity with healthcare processes, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule medical appointments and maintain appointment statuses.
- Communicate scheduled appointments to patients promptly.
- Obtain prior authorizations from insurance companies.
- Process medical record requests accurately and efficiently.
- Manage patient referrals and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
- Utilize medical applications such as IMS for scheduling and record management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Medical Billing experience required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative, customer service, scheduler or healthcare-related roles.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in medical apps and scheduling systems.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Soft Skills:Empathy and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
