Job description:
You will be part of the PSR (PATIEN SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES) of a billing company that performs billing services for almost 40 physicians and clinics in the USA; helping patients to solve billing questions, collecting balances, and escalating cases from law and insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients, law offices, and insurance companies with questions about services, resolve billing issues, collect balances, escalate cases to the managers, reprocess clams, answer calls, handle voice mails
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY PUNCTUAL, RESPONSIBLE AND ORGANIZED, MULTITASKING AND WILLING TO LEARN FAST. IF HAS EXPERIENCE IN THE MEDICAL, IT WILL BE A PLUS
