Intake Specialist

Location: On-site in Barranquilla or Medellín only

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Rotating schedule, 7 days a week with 2 days off (Full-time availability required from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET.)

Requirements
  • English level B2+ (able to communicate effectively with clients).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales (BPO industry preferred).
  • Full-time availability after midday.
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and empathy toward client needs.
Job Description

As an Intake Specialist, you will be part of the intake team and serve as the first point of contact for potential new clients (PNCs). One of your main tasks is to generate business for the law firm, which requires strong sales skills and the ability to close deals. The role involves providing empathetic support while gathering essential information to assess cases.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls quickly and effectively.
  • Respond to potential new clients via phone, email, chat, and SMS in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and assess callers' needs by actively listening and asking investigative questions.
  • Document detailed notes with all pertinent information provided by clients.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity quotas set by management.
  • Follow structured call flows to ensure all necessary information is captured.
  • Send documents via electronic signature to convert prospects into clients (sales portion of the role).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
