Job Description:

Are you passionate about client service and skilled at persuasion? We're looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to join a growing international law firm. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the intake process and helping them take the next step toward legal consultation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and qualify cases based on practice areas.
  • Schedule paid consultations with attorneys.
  • Use sales techniques to build rapport, overcome objections, and close appointments.
  • Collect payment before booking consultations.
  • Draft professional emails in English (no templates).
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads from web forms, referrals, and phone inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (closing or persuasive roles).
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM while speaking.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Stable work history (2+ years in previous roles).
