Job Description – Intake Specialist (Full-Time)
Location: Bogotá
Shifts Available: Full availability
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (rotating shifts)
- Education: High School Diploma or higher
- Languages: Bilingual – English (9.0–10.0) & Spanish
- Experience Level: 1+ year in customer service or call centers
- Work Modality: Hybrid
Role Summary
As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing empathetic and professional service. You'll manage calls, online inquiries, and legal documentation while supporting the legal team and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Schedule initial clinic appointments for treatment.
- Review inquiries from clients, law firms, lead companies, and clinics.
- Process, sign, and file legal documents.
- Perform data entry and review questionnaires and case documentation.
- Connect clients with legal teams and resolve concerns.
Skills & Qualifications
Hard Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign.
- Experience with office equipment (phones, computers, copiers, etc.).
- Knowledge of medical/legal terminology.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
Soft Skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Calm and composed under pressure.
- Empathy and professionalism with clients in distress.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution.
