We are looking for a
B2B Operations Analyst
, someone who is passionate about data, proactive, collaborative, and highly responsible, who wants to grow professionally in an international, innovative, and constantly evolving company.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Generating and analyzing daily reports and updates that facilitate management, monitoring, and control for B2B leaders.
  • Planning and executing activities that contribute to the fulfillment of objectives (KPIs).
  • Keeping the CRM up to date with key information for the commercial area.
  • Collaborating with management in identifying information needs and making strategic decisions.
  • Proposing and developing initiatives to improve internal processes.
  • Continuously training yourself in the tools, programs, and systems used in the position.
  • Promoting a collaborative work environment by participating in initiatives that strengthen our corporate culture.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Technician or student in the final semesters of administrative or related degrees.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, database management, and report preparation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Highly results-oriented, initiative, and commitment.
  • English B2 (at least), able to hold a conversation with different business partners clearly and fluently.

It will be a plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience in Google script programming.

Work mode: Remote (with availability to attend the headquarters in Bogotá, when necessary).

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Contract: Permanent
