Position Summary

We're seeking a data driven operations analyst to enhance operational efficiency, standardize processes, and power commercial success across Latin America. As an operations analyst, you'll be responsible for execution and optimization of global processes supporting Native's Market Performance Suite (MPS) and Tracker projects. If you excel in project management, data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration—and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment—this role is for you.

What You Will Do

  • Support the implementation and optimization of core processes (e.g. collection format, tasking, dashboards) across all markets and ensure standardization globally.
  • Lead the design and deployment of a wide range of App-based data collection tasks (surveys and observational tasks).
  • Monitor progress of collection to ensure contract requirements are reached.
  • Work across teams to ensure successful launches of commercial products in new and existing markets.
  • Conduct internal and external research to optimize operations for the Core Operations Team. 
  • Assist Territory Operations and Contributor Support with daily field operations to ensure data collection goals are met and help manage issues escalated including troubleshooting issues related to surveys and tasking. 
  • Collaborate with various teams to build and develop new processes from start to finish within the company, including general research of best practices, documentation, project management execution, and process mapping.

What You Bring Along

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • High confidence level in working independently with proven examples of taking ownership and driving success in ambiguous settings.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to zoom out and understand the bigger context of your work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, SQL for data validation and analysis, business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of and experience in optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness, including experience in problem-solving and the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues.  
  • Experience with data analysis and an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
  • Enjoys collaborating with a team (either direct or across the business) to build on ideas taking on feedback and contributing to others.
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt and adjust to rapid change within a fast paced and growth-oriented environment.
  • Possess and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
