The Retail Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing retail operations efficiency. This position involves analyzing operational data, aiding in the development of improvement strategies, and working alongside various teams to enhance store processes. Focused on operational excellence, the analyst will help drive our stores towards achieving peak performance, all while aligning with the company's broader objectives.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Operational Analysis: Employ SQL and analytical tools to assess store performance, pinpointing efficiency gains. Translate data insights into practical actions for operational enhancement.

  • Strategy Support: Assist in formulating and deploying strategies to streamline operations, focusing on simplifying procedures and improving functionality.

  • Collaborative Initiatives: Engage with stakeholders and local/global teams to apply insights and recommendations that boost operational efficiency. 

  • Process Optimization: Identify and suggest solutions for operational challenges, contributing to the refinement of workflows and the elevation of store productivity.

  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, promoting an understanding and adoption of operational strategies.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, capable of deriving meaningful insights from operational data.

  • Innovative Thinking: Openness to change and innovation, with a knack for identifying process improvements.

  • Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
