, quien jugará un papel fundamental en el crecimiento de la empresa. Serás el responsable de gestionar el ciclo de ventas de principio a fin, desde la identificación de nuevas oportunidades hasta el cierre de las negociaciones complejas.
Responsabilidades:
- Cazar nuevas oportunidades:
Prospectar proactivamente y generar leads para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. - Dominar el ciclo de ventas:
Gestionar el proceso de ventas end-to-end, desde la calificación de leads hasta la negociación y cierre de acuerdos. - Convertirte en un experto Leal:
Presentar con pasión las ofertas de productos y propuestas de valor de Leal a clientes potenciales, adaptando las presentaciones a sus necesidades específicas. - Construir relaciones sólidas:
Establecer y cultivar relaciones a largo plazo con las partes interesadas clave y los tomadores de decisión. - Trabajar en equipo:
Colaborar con los equipos de Marketing, Customer Success y Producto para asegurar una experiencia del cliente excepcional. - Superar las expectativas:
Alcanzar y superar consistentemente los objetivos de ventas y KPIs. - Mantenerte a la vanguardia:
Estar al día sobre las tendencias de la industria y la competencia para posicionar a Leal de manera efectiva.
Requisitos:
- 2-5 años de experiencia en ventas,
preferiblemente en SaaS
o soluciones tecnológicas. - Historial comprobado de cumplimiento o superación de cuotas de ventas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Sólidas habilidades de negociación y capacidad para cerrar negociaciones complejas.
- Dominio de herramientas CRM como HubSpot o Salesforce.
- Ingles Intermedio - Avanzado (Preferiblemente).
