Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for meeting with potential clients to identify their needs and advise them on staffing solutions, as well as closing new clients.
Key responsibilities include meeting and following up on sales leads, conducting consultations with prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored virtual staffing solutions.
The role requires proactive communication, a solutions-oriented mindset, and ongoing relationship management to support the growth and success of clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client management, and business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in client presentations and negotiations
- Ability to develop strategic relationships, identify client needs, and create customized solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to track and manage leads, proposals, and client interactions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in legal services or staffing industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
