Compensation: $3,000,000 - $3,600,000 / month
Description Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and a clear understanding of their requirements. Coordinates and oversees the full account lifecycle, ensuring proper execution across all activities. Provides support in the efficient preparation of reports and monitors the correct management of all clients, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and the fulfillment of client expectations.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop strategic client accounts within circular economy and sustainability programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations, logistics, and recycling teams.
- Understand client sustainability goals and translate them into effective take-back, reuse, and recycling solutions.
- Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of client programs, from onboarding to execution and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, standards, and company sustainability policies.
- Monitor service performance, material recovery results, and contractual KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver operational, environmental, and compliance reports to clients.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recovery rates, efficiency, and environmental impact.
- Identify opportunities to expand services, improve circular outcomes, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Ensure consistent communication and high levels of client satisfaction aligned with circular economy principle.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - Environmental Professional.
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience.
- English Level B2 - C1.
- Management of Social Media, Websites, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of Environmental Legislation and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Assertive communication, critical thinking, ethics and integrity, confidentiality, adaptability, positive attitude, teamwork, conflict resolution, willingness for continuous learning, attention to detail, commitment, and accountability.
