to accelerate that growth and ensure our customers succeed well beyond the initial sale.
Role Overview
As an
Account Executive
at Dapta, you will own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contract — while continuing to manage and grow customer relationships post-sale. You'll be responsible for building pipeline through outbound efforts, converting inbound leads, and ensuring customers see value quickly and renew long-term.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and is motivated by both
revenue growth and customer retention
.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage inbound leads and move them efficiently through the sales funnel
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to qualify prospects
- Own the sales process from first touch to close, maintaining accurate CRM records
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Account Management & Growth
- Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
- Act as the primary point of contact post-sale to support customer success
- Monitor product adoption and identify expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell)
- Proactively manage renewals and mitigate churn risk
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing deals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Comfortable running demos and managing a full sales pipeline
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to manage and grow customer relationships beyond the initial sale
Bonus Points
- Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
- Familiarity with marketing technology or automation platforms
- Spanish proficiency (nice to have, not required)
