Responsabilidades

  • Persona con conocimiento de órdenes de compra, facturación manejo de proveedores.
  • Conocimiento en la gestión de activos (procesos con Service Now y SAP contabilidad creación de activos en Command).
  • Manejo de aplicativos 365.
  • Edición y producción de videos (cámaras profesionales, edición de croma).
  • Conocimiento en consolas de sonido y microfonía.
  • Soporte nivel 1 - 2.
  • Conocimiento de Apple (soporte a iPad, iPhone, conocimiento en Apple Business, configuraciones de perfiles MDM e Intune).
  • Soporte a aplicaciones Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (suite Power Platform).
  • Gestión de tickets ServiceNow.
  • Conocimiento de redes e infraestructura y tecnología RFID.

Calificaciones

  • Conocimientos en ITIL Foundation (deseable no obligatorio).
  • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (deseable).
  • Experiencia en el manejo operativo de activos, inventarios o almacenes.
  • 2 años o más de experiencia profesional.
  • Conocimiento técnico en HW (deseable).
  • Conocimiento intermedio de Excel.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Conocimiento en ITIL Foundation.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles.
  • Experiencia en manejo operativo de activos.
  • Conocimiento técnico en HW.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de Excel.
