Responsabilidades y atribuciones

  • Brindar soporte técnico de manera presencial a los usuarios de las aplicaciones y de los hardware (por ejemplo, PCS, servidores, computadoras centrales) en la organización.
  • Actuar con los servicios de redes, con los ingenieros de sistemas de software o con el desarrollo de aplicaciones para restablecer el servicio o identificar problemas.

Requisitos y calificaciones

  • 1.5 años de experiencia en el Soporte de hardware, software de equipos de cómputo para usuario final e infraestructura. Conocimientos y/o experiencia en las prácticas y gestión ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Título de Formación Técnica o Tecnológica en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o a fines a estas carreras.
  • Poseer habilidades de servicio al cliente y calidad de servicio.
  • Familiaridad con la resolución de problemas de hardware y software.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • Comprensión básica de conceptos y protocolos de redes.
