Right now, we're searching for a
Technical Support Engineer
for our team in Colombia. This role is suitable also for graduates

What You'll Do as a Technical Support Engineer in Solarity:

  • Provide technical documentation (datasheets, installation & operation manuals, warranty conditions, certifications) of our products (PV modules, inverters, ESS and others) for your colleagues and customers.
  • Give internal and external technical assistance (system design suggestions, clarifications of product features, functionalities).
  • Support customers during the installation and commissioning of the systems.
  • Help customers with system operation and maintenance (monitoring, updates).
  • Support customers in case of product defects under warranty.
  • Conduct technical trainings for your colleagues and customers.
  • Visit manufacturers and attend their trainings, record and document it to improve know-how in the company.
  • Conduct technical research, write blog posts, and create tools according to other departments' ad-hoc requests.

We're seeking a candidate who:

  • Holds an education in electrical engineering with on-site experience (PV experience is an advantage).
  • Excels in time management, works well independently and is proactive in problem-solving.
  • Speaks Spanish and can communicate in English.
  • A driving licence and active driving is an advantage
