Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy for operational, commercial, administrative, and leadership positions.
  • Design and implement high-impact onboarding and re-onboarding programs.
  • Strengthen the internal and external employer brand through internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication initiatives.
  • Design compensation policies, including promotions, salary increases, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and oversee proper payroll execution (including EOR, temporary staff, or distributors).
  • Design and implement training and development plans (skills development, soft skills, leadership, product training, etc.).
  • Implement performance evaluation models and KPI systems for commercial and administrative teams.
  • Strengthen organizational culture and corporate values.
  • Develop wellbeing, engagement, and prevention programs (Health Week, celebrations, self-care activities, mental health initiatives, etc.).
  • Manage internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and provide guidance and support to leaders.
  • Design dashboards, executive reports, and periodic management reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
  • Specialization in labor law and policy, organizational development, talent aquisition, remuneration or related areas (at least 2 -3 HR functions)
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, ideally with exposure to commercial and retail teams.
  • Experience implementing policies, KPIs, wellbeing programs, mass recruitment, and training initiatives.
