HR Manager

Our partner is IT & consulting company and they have knowledge and experience in the mobile technologies market and in the new tech sector in the Americas.

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Comprehensively manage human resources activities, ensuring the proper functioning of internal processes, efficient resource management, and compliance with organizational policies to guarantee an optimal work environment and the necessary administrative support for the company.

​​​​​​MAIN DUTIES:
  • Implement the human resources strategy, within the framework of the guidelines established by the corporation
  • Lead the country's HR team, evaluating its results
  • Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization, identifying and developing high-potential employees
  • Control the company's recruitment and selection processes to hire the right personnel in the shortest possible time
  • Negotiate the hiring of new personnel for the company and manage their recruitment
  • Validate that contracts for new personnel, both consultants and service providers, are carried out in accordance with requirements, in a timely manner, and in accordance with legislation
  • Apply disciplinary measures and policies when appropriate.
  • Conduct employee induction and re-induction programs.
  • Manage payroll updates, benefits, and attendance control.
  • Generate payroll on a monthly basis, validate on-time payment, and ensure that pay slips are sent to employees.
  •  Keep the document database up to date, including One Drive, Odoo, and the server for consultants and administrators in the assigned countries.
  • Follow up on performance evaluations, ensuring that leaders and employees complete them within the stipulated time frames.
  • Ensure the implementation of internal training programs through strategic partners.
  • Keep employee vacation records up to date.
  • Promote a positive and healthy work environment by fostering motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction.
  • Manage organizational change processes, facilitating communication, support, and employee adaptation to new policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Create and update internal policies in accordance with current labor legislation. 
​​​​​​​SECONDARY:
  • Monitor SENA matrices for regulating apprentice quotas.
  • Promote effective and collaborative working relationships between management and employees.
  • Manage conflicts that arise and resolve labor disputes fairly and equitably.
  • Maintain USA accident insurance information, ensuring that insured persons have the necessary coverage in case of assignment.
  • Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System processes and procedures for their area, contributing to the company's overall compliance with the standard.
  • Perform all tasks assigned to them.
​​​​​​​JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
  • Professional degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related areas.
  • Advanced spoken and written English.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar positions.
