Objetivo del Cargo
Buscamos un HR Manager bilingüe responsable de gestionar integralmente los procesos de Recursos Humanos, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento administrativo, el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y la creación de un ambiente laboral positivo y productivo.
Funciones y Responsabilidades
Principales
• Implementar la estrategia de Recursos Humanos alineada con los lineamientos corporativos.
• Liderar y evaluar el equipo de RH del país.
• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de atracción, retención y desarrollo del talento.
• Supervisar los procesos de reclutamiento, selección y contratación.
• Negociar condiciones de ingreso y validar contratos conforme a la legislación vigente.
• Gestionar nómina, beneficios, control de asistencia y novedades mensuales.
• Garantizar el pago oportuno de nómina y envío de desprendibles.
• Coordinar procesos de inducción, reinducción y evaluaciones de desempeño.
• Administrar programas de formación y desarrollo interno.
• Mantener actualizada la documentación en plataformas internas (OneDrive, Odoo, servidores).
• Aplicar políticas disciplinarias y actualizar políticas internas según la legislación laboral.
• Promover un ambiente laboral saludable y gestionar procesos de cambio organizacional.
Secundarias
• Seguimiento a la cuota de aprendices SENA.
• Gestión de relaciones laborales y resolución de conflictos.
• Administración del seguro de accidentes USA.
• Ejecución de procesos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad ISO 9001 para su área.
Requisitos del Cargo
Educación
• Profesional en Administración, RRHH, Psicología, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
• Posgrado en Recursos Humanos o áreas relacionadas.
• Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
Experiencia
• Mínimo 5 años en cargos similares.
Conocimientos
• Legislación laboral colombiana.
• Nómina, prestaciones sociales y seguridad social.
• Manejo de ERP y herramientas ofimáticas.
• Procesos integrales de Recursos Humanos.
Competencias
• Liderazgo y toma de decisiones.
• Organización, planificación y orientación al detalle.
• Comunicación efectiva y resolución de problemas.
• Proactividad, confidencialidad y ética profesional.
