Marketing Assistant
 who isn't just organized and driven, but who understands the broader marketing landscape, thinks strategically, and knows how to leverage tools like ChatGPT and other LLMs to move faster and smarter.

The Role

You'll play a vital role in supporting both strategic and tactical marketing efforts. From researching and drafting marketing content using AI tools to scheduling emails and managing social posts, your job is to help campaigns run like a well-oiled machine while always staying a step ahead.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Use large language models (like ChatGPT) to assist in drafting email campaigns, ad copy, landing page content, and social media captions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis using both manual and AI-assisted methods
  • Support content creation and repurposing across platforms (email, social, blogs, etc.)
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams to execute campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs, compile performance reports, and make suggestions for optimization
  • Keep up-to-date with trends in AI, content marketing, social, and automation tools
  • Assist with administrative tasks like content calendars, task tracking, and campaign QA

We're Looking for Someone Who

  • Understands marketing as a system, not just tactics
  • Has strong writing and editing skills (bonus if you've written prompts or used AI tools effectively)
  • Is familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Has a general understanding of funnels, email marketing, paid media, and SEO
  • Can self-manage and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative work environment
  • Is curious, resourceful, and not afraid to experiment
  • Communicates clearly and confidently—both in writing and on calls

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience using Slack
  • Worked in an agency or startup environment
  • Built your own prompts or workflows using AI tools
  • Experience with scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
