Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in our Medellin office located in El Poblado. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks, including executive support, preparing daily appraiser schedules, scheduling, and coordinating communications with clients. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless operations and providing high-level administrative assistance as needed.
This position is 100% in English, so you must be fluent in English to apply. This position is on site and not remote or hybrid.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and related responsibilities
- Experience with preparing, organizing, and managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability in Administrative Assistance and task coordination
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in office tools and relevant software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Familiarity with the real estate sector is a plus
