Descripción del cargo
Solvo Global está en búsqueda de un Sales Assistant para apoyar directamente a una ejecutiva en la gestión de campañas de prospección comercial. Este rol implica contacto directo con clientes potenciales, organización de citas y seguimiento en CRM.
El cargo se enfoca en tres campañas principales:
- Reclutamiento de revendedores T-Mobile para la línea de productos Katalyst OEM.
- Generación de leads para servicios de diseño gráfico y marketing.
- Promoción de soluciones de movilidad celular a clientes empresariales.
Responsabilidades
- Prospección directa mediante correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas y LinkedIn.
- Organización de reuniones utilizando Calendly.
- Envío de cuestionarios previos a las citas.
- Registro diario de actividades en CRM.
- Participación en videollamadas semanales para seguimiento y retroalimentación.
- Uso de materiales de apoyo como pitch decks, plantillas de correo, scripts de llamadas, entre otros.
Requisitos
- Dominio avanzado del inglés (oral y escrito).
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en prospección de ventas outbound.
- Familiaridad con términos y actores de la industria inalámbrica (deseable).
- Manejo de calendarios en Outlook y Gmail.
- Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y adaptación a nuevas campañas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de Norteamérica.
- Seguridad para realizar presentaciones por teléfono y videollamada.
