What We Are Seeking

We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi's rapid growth across Latam. The Finance Operations Analyst – Treasury will Support the daily operations of the global treasury.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Keep effective communication with internal clients
  • Collect, organize, and generate payment orders for suppliers.
  • Prepare weekly payments schedule and confirm suppliers bank information
  • Accounting record of payments in Workday (ERP)
  • Help with the reconciliation's tasks
  • Help and support the Collections and Purchasing analyst
  • Credit Card process follow-up
  • Direct Communication with banks
  • Follow up of invoice payments and advance payments
  • Custody of petty cash
  • Participate in building monthly Payments Accounts Payable Forecast.

  • Experience analyzing financial data in Excel

Academic and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, or Industrial Engineering, or related

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience working in administrative/finance operations teams.

Languages

  • English advanced level will be considered as a plus.
