Role Summary

The Marketing Email Production Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on creation, execution, and quality assurance of email campaigns across multiple marketing automation and customer engagement platforms. The role supports client business objectives through high-quality email production while applying current email marketing best practices.

What you'll do

  • Execute day-to-day email marketing production activities across marketing automation platforms, including:

  • Email asset and template creation using HTML and WYSIWYG editors (primarily Oracle Eloqua)

  • Campaign setup, scheduling, testing, and deployment

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to:

  • HTML and CSS

  • Responsive design
  • Email client rendering

  • List segmentation and testing

  • Apply and recommend email marketing best practices related to coding, design, and testing

  • Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Support campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Assist Campaign Managers with additional tasks as required

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Minimum 4 years of experience using at least one marketing automation or customer engagement platform in a production role:

  • Oracle Eloqua

  • Adobe Marketo
  • Braze
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Oracle Responsys

  • Proven experience following a structured QA process

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive email design
  • Experience with email testing tools such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar

  • Experience using design tools such as:

  • Sketch

  • Figma
  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe XD

  • Strong client service orientation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required
  • High level of initiative, motivation, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Note: A timed, live skills test is part of the interview process

  • Location: Colombia
  • Job Type: Remote
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm COT
  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
