Este rol es estratégico y de liderazgo operacional, diseñado para fortalecer la unidad de Temp & Perm a nivel nacional.
El Operations National Manager actúa como segundo al mando del negocio, garantizando la ejecución del plan comercial, la eficiencia operativa, la rentabilidad (P&L) y la conexión entre equipos comerciales, delivery, áreas transversales es el "business integrator" del modelo T&P, clave para escalar márgenes y ejecutar la transformación operativa.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas comerciales y operativas de la unidad.
- Liderar el desarrollo, ejecución y supervisión de estrategias comerciales y administrativas.
- Gestionar el P&L, optimizando recursos y garantizando la rentabilidad del negocio.
- Desarrollo de planes comerciales
Requisitos:
- Profesional en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Especialización (deseable) en áreas relacionadas.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia liderando unidades de negocio, con enfoque en resultados y gestión integral.
- Deseable nivel de ingles B2
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas, liderazgo y orientación al logro.
