We are looking for a
Corporate Trainings and Events Coordinator
, who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both internal and external trainings and events, ensuring high-quality learning experiences aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Role Objective

The main goal of this role is to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate trainings and events that strengthen organizational culture, talent development, and client relationships, ensuring high-quality learning experiences aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute both on-site and virtual trainings and events.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure compliance with schedules and budgets.
  • Manage learning platforms (LMS), user administration, and content updates.
  • Organize seminars, webinars, and trainings, including full logistics management.
  • Support the development of training materials and educational content.
  • Monitor participation and performance metrics, preparing reports and summaries.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote participation and visibility.
  • Coordinate relationships with suppliers, agencies, and external facilitators.
  • Ensure a smooth and impactful experience for both internal and external participants.


Desired Academic Background

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing corporate events, trainings, or learning programs.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including ATL, BTL, B2B, and B2C campaigns.
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and planning tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to travel.
  • Desirable experience with learning platforms and educational content creation.
  • Desirable experience with project management software.
