Note: Non-bilingual candidates won't be considered for this position (English B2 Intermediate - C1).

The Internal Communications Coordinator will be required to work On-Site in Barranquilla or Bogotá (preferred).

Responsible for the planning, execution, measurement, and impact of the organization's internal communications. Specialist in strategic communications
with the role of advisor and consultant, generating assertive, creative, and effective content that responds to business objectives, strengthens corporate culture, and ensures that internal audiences are properly informed.

Functions

  • Design and coordinate internal communication campaigns that strengthen organizational culture, promote engagement, and disseminate corporate initiatives.
  • Supervise and approve internal content prior to publication, ensuring coherence, clarity, and alignment with brand identity.
  • Manage internal clients, understanding their communication needs and proposing strategic and creative solutions.
  • Draft and edit content for internal channels.
  • Monitor projects and deliverables from the communications team, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the design team the production of graphic and audiovisual materials to support communications.
  • Support company leaders and departments in the development of internal content, guaranteeing consistency in tone and style.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of internal communications and propose continuous improvements in processes and dissemination channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, contests, and culture and wellness campaigns.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
