We are looking for a motivated, confident, and people-focused
Agent Attraction Coordinator
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the phone, thrives in conversations, and gets energy from helping others take the next step in their real estate career. You will be the first point of contact with
real estate examinees and newly licensed agents
, introducing them to our ecosystem, guiding them through available opportunities, and building relationships that lead to long-term growth.

The Agent Attraction Coordinator plays a key role in expanding our network, strengthening our talent pipeline, and ensuring every potential agent understands the value of our training, systems, coaching, and support.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Outreach and Communication

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to real estate examinees and newly licensed agents.
  • Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email to nurture relationships.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand goals, needs, and career interests.
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat, and service-first tone in every conversation.

Recruiting & Pipeline Management

  • Present our value proposition, training programs, support structures, and team culture in a compelling way.
  • Book appointments for the team leader or recruiter to hold deeper business consultations.
  • Track leads, conversations, and pipeline progress inside the CRM.
  • Manage follow-up systems, nurture drips, and call back schedules.

Support & Coordination

  • Handle scheduling, reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling.
  • Assist with onboarding steps for new agents as needed.
  • Provide weekly reporting on KPIs like calls, connections, appointments set, and conversion metrics.
  • Support recruiting events, Zoom sessions, webinars, and open houses for new agents.

  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with follow-up.
  • Confident presenting opportunities and answering common agent questions.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and coachable.
