Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Customer Service Representative with solid experience in cold calling or call center environments. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, engaging in high–quality conversations, understanding their needs, and presenting our products/services clearly and confidently. The goal is to provide an excellent first impression, build rapport, and convert calls into sales opportunities or qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Contact assigned leads daily through outbound calling.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and effectively communicate value.
  • Complete surveys after each interaction, documenting customer information accurately.
  • Identify customer needs, pain points, and interest level during the call.
  • Convert calls into sales opportunities and/or close sales when applicable.
  • Provide customer–focused support and resolve questions or concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and lead status in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily/weekly KPIs including call volume, conversion rate, and survey completion.
  • Schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, strong verbal and written communication.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center roles.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and handling leads.
  • Skilled in persuasion, objection handling, and commercial conversations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, scripts, surveys, and KPI-driven environments.
  • Strong active listening skills and customer empathy.
  • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable with high daily call loads.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Setup Requirements
To perform this role effectively, you must have:

  • A quiet home office space to work optimally.
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).
  • A laptop/desktop with updated software.
  • A secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.
