Instead, we craft each trip from scratch, ensuring every detail aligns with the traveler's interests, style, and budget. From takeoff to return, we're there every step of the way, handling logistics, negotiating exclusive vendor contracts, and adding our signature magic to every experience.
The Role
We're currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Barranquilla. This position plays a key role in ensuring the flawless execution of our trips by maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, communication, and client care.
What We're Looking For
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in documentation and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Type: Full-time, on-site only
- Location: Barranquilla
- Salary: $2,400,000 COP/month
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, we have 2 shifts: 8:00AM – 5:00PM & 1:00PM
–
10PM - Vacation: 15 business days per year (accrued from day one)
