At Convatec Colombia, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about people, learning, and making an impact. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment, supporting recruitment activities across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for regional roles.

- Post job openings and screen resumes.

- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

- Assist with recruitment metrics and global talent initiatives.

- Responsible for the whole execution of SENA program

Requirements:

- Active university student in Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field, eligible for internship.

- Intermediate to advanced English level (minimum B2).

- Strong interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Basic Excel knowledge.
