Are you ready to launch your career in a global company with purpose? At Convatec Colombia, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about people, learning, and making an impact. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment, supporting recruitment activities across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for regional roles.
  • Post job openings and screen resumes.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Assist with recruitment metrics and global talent initiatives.
  • Responsible for the whole execution of SENA program

Requirements:

  • Active university student in Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field, eligible for internship.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (minimum B2).
  • Strong interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic Excel knowledge.
