Talent Acquisition Analyst (Temporary)
to join our dynamic HR team.

What you'll do:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles using multiple recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with position requirements.
  • Ensure all candidate information and resumes are accurate and up to date.
  • Manage candidate feedback and provide timely communication throughout the selection process.
  • Collaborate closely with your supervisor to prioritize requisitions and recruitment strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition process.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media recruitment tools.
  • A proactive, analytical, and team-oriented mindset.
