Creative Video Scriptwriter & Editor

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and highly creative professional who can both conceptualize and write engaging TV and social media scripts, and handle full video editing from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, delivering compelling short-form content that captures attention and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write original, on-brand scripts for TV spots and social media videos across multiple automotive clients.
  • Edit and produce videos using provided footage, graphics, and sound to match client specifications.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with creative directors and account managers to align storytelling with campaign goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with social and video trends to produce fresh, relevant content.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience writing and editing for TV commercials and/or digital campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, ability to turn creative briefs into compelling scripts.
  • Advanced video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience with automotive brands or high-volume creative production is a plus.
