3D Motion Graphic Artist

Now we are looking for the Creative Illustrator 

The 3D Motion Graphic Artist role will involve collaborating with various brands under the Evolution Group to produce highly engaging video edits and animations. The primary responsibilities involve generating 3D content for any of our Evolution Group brands, creating marketing material for our new and existing live casino and slot games, challenge current practices and optimize processes, and assist in the development of ideas for 3D content required at exhibitions, events, and conferences. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who has a comprehensive and organized approach when undertaking projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with existing live casino scenes, render out and use them for marketing purposes, both for statics and videos
• · Create live casino teasers and promotional videos using renders
• · Execute all design stages from concept to final product
• · Create high quality 3D models and environments, and 3D/2D animations to be used in engaging animated game trailers, teasers and promotional content using a mixture of video editing and 2D/3D motion design
• · Ability to work in different stages of the 3D pipelines like Modelling, Rigging, Texturing, Lighting and Rendering
• · Participate in design reviews, team meetings, brainstorming and creative sessions to share new design perspectives, ideas and develop new visual concepts
• · Maintain projects and communicate clear delivery dates
• · Assist in the creation of storyboards
• · Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project
• · Produce finished design work for exhibitions and conferences – to include promotional videos, animations and large-scale screen content
• · Share knowledge with the other creative team members and help to contribute towards an open and creative work environment
• · Be an ambassador for the company, ensuring all assets coming from the creative team are in line with Brand Guidelines
• · Contribute to an effective, efficient and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, global processes and values are followed
• · Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

• 4 years+ of Motion Graphic Design experience including strong technical skills in video and animation
• Excellent knowledge of 3ds Max and Corona Render
• Knowledge of the Unreal engine is advantageous
• Skilled in the complete Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on AfterEffects and Premiere Pro
• Skilled in modelling and texturing with the ability to create 3d assets for the assigned project
• Good knowledge of lighting and rendering with the ability to give a beautiful look to final output
• Have a good handle on various styles of art for 3D Motion graphics video creation (high poly/low poly modelling)
• Good have knowledge of various useful plug-ins/scripts of After Effects, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D
• Designing and editing creative content suitable for various platforms and purposes, with extremely strong video editing skills
• Superior attention to detail and eager to learn innovative new practices in the visual industry
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm and initiative
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
• Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B gaming environment is advantageous
