Job Title: Social Media & Video Content Creator

Location: Remote (Work from home)

Salary: COP 1,800,000 / month initially

Job Description:

Danaco Group is seeking a creative, proactive individual to join our team as a Social Media & Video Content Creator. You will be responsible for managing all our social media channels, editing videos, and publishing daily content across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and publish daily content on all company social media accounts.
  • Edit videos (short-form, reels, stories etc.) tailored for each platform.
  • Generate creative ideas for campaigns, create visually engaging content and messages that drive interaction and engagement.
  • Monitor social media metrics, respond to comments/messages, and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain brand identity consistency for Danaco Group and ensure every piece of content reflects our values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/communications team to align content with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing social media and video editing.
  • Proficiency in editing tools.
  • Knowledge of different social networks: formats, algorithms, best practices.
  • Highly creative, able to generate original ideas and adapt quickly.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work under daily deadlines and deliver high-quality content consistently.
