Estamos en búsqueda de un Project Leader con una sólida trayectoria en la gestión de proyectos de alto impacto. Destaca por su gran actitud proactiva, visión estratégica y capacidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios en entornos exigentes y en constante evolución.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de sistemas o afines
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de transformación tecnológica y arquitectura digital, orientado a resultados y con enfoque estratégico en el diseño, implementación y evolución de soluciones digitales de alto impacto.
  • Gestión de proyectos complejos, desde la conceptualización hasta la entrega, asegurando alineación con objetivos de negocio, eficiencia operativa y satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión Comercial: Experto en identificar oportunidades de negocio, desarrollar estrategias comerciales efectivas y fortalecer relaciones con clientes clave para garantizar crecimiento y rentabilidad.
  • Delivery y Ejecución: Enfoque en la excelencia operativa, asegurando la entrega de soluciones de calidad en tiempo y forma, alineadas con los objetivos del negocio y las expectativas del cliente.
  • Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipos: Inspirador y motivador, con la capacidad de formar, desarrollar y alinear equipos de alto desempeño, promoviendo una cultura de colaboración, innovación y compromiso.
