Job Description:

Hiring: Project Manager.

Position Summary:

is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies and is committed to helping our clientele close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health struggles.

We are growing rapidly and therefore seeking a highly organized and systematic Project Manager for our client services department. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in seamless execution of our client deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans using ClickUp across 15-20 clients.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording notes.
  • Keep track of resource allocation and availability, optimizing team productivity.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to prioritize and plan project tasks.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to communicate key metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Track record as a project manager or in similar roles, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in agency environments, managing SEO and paid media projects is advantegous.
  • Proficient in using ClickUp or other project management tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
  • Availability to work regular business hours in EST.
