Rol: Senior Project Lead hyperautomatizacion

Medellín | Contrato indefinido.

Misión del rol

  • Liderar la práctica de hiperautomatización en banca (RPA, IA, BPM, low-code/no-code, orquestación).
  • Liderar un equipo de automatizadores.
  • Asegurar ejecución exitosa de proyectos, cumpliendo:

  • Rentabilidad
  • Satisfacción del cliente
  • Trabajar de la mano con áreas comerciales, arquitectura e innovación.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de hiperautomatización proyectos de banca.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios (RPA, IA, BPM, low-code/no-code).
  • Supervisar el delivery de proyectos y el cumplimiento de KPIs.
  • Impulsar capacitación, certificaciones y mejores prácticas internas.
  • Participar en preventa y diseño de soluciones junto a equipos comerciales y de arquitectura.

Requisitos clave

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de sistemas o carreras afines.
  • +8 años de experiencia en proyectos de automatización / hiperautomatización.
  • Experiencia en sector banca o financiero (deseable/fuerte plus).
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y proyectos end-to-end de automatización.
  • Conocimiento en:
  • RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism u otros)
  • BPM / orquestación de procesos
  • Plataformas low-code/no-code
  • IA aplicada a automatización (documentos, chatbots, ML, etc.)

Competencias personales

  • Visión estratégica y consultiva.
  • Fuerte liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Excelente comunicación con negocio y TI.
  • Enfoque en KPIs, ROI y resultados de negocio.
