What You'll Do
Design and share engaging content on social media (LinkedIn, etc.) to showcase our culture and attract great talent.
Manage targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to reach potential candidates.
Boost our internal referral program with creative campaigns and incentives, encouraging our team to refer top talent.
Explore new channels (online communities, events, etc.) to connect with high-quality candidates and broaden our talent pipeline.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to align branding efforts with hiring needs and company values.
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns (using Google Analytics and other tools) to continually improve engagement and reach.
What You Bring
Experience in marketing or communications (2+ years), especially in talent attraction or recruitment campaigns.
Proficiency in social media marketing and ads (LinkedIn campaigns, Meta Ads) and content design tools (e.g., Canva).
Analytical mindset – comfortable using Google Analytics and other data to guide decisions.
Strong English communication skills (B2+ level).
Collaborative team player with excellent communication, able to collaborate with HR/TA and manage multiple projects efficiently.
BPO marketing background.
