Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist position based in Bogota, D.C. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, promote Kaplan's educational products and services, and achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, and contributing to strategic sales plans. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support client needs and participating in training as necessary to enhance sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and teams.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to deliver Training sessions to clients or internal teams when required.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are required. Multilingual skills are considered an advantage.
- Experience in the education sector or with customer solutions is a plus.
