About the Role
As a Remote Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting attorneys through legal drafting, document preparation, legal research, and case file management. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and internal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear, well-organized written summaries
- Assist attorneys with document preparation and case development
- Maintain, organize, and update case files and legal records
- Communicate professionally and effectively with attorneys and internal team members
- Track deadlines and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple case files and priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
