**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Independently handle eviction filings** with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain **reliable and consistent** performanceour client needs someone they can depend on daily.
- Ensure **mistake-free filings** by carefully reviewing lease terms and legal documents.
- **Proactively communicate** with clients, providing updates without waiting for follow-ups.
- **Manage a high caseload** efficiently as the firm continues to grow.
- Assist with **case tracking, follow-ups, and document organization** to reduce attorney oversight.
- Utilize **Excel, Word, and Google Sheets** for document preparation and case management.

**What Were Looking For**:

- Experience with **evictions, lease agreements, or real estate law** is a big advantage.
- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in **English**, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to **handle a high volume of paperwork** efficiently and accurately.
- Proficiency in **Excel, Word, and Google Sheets**.
