**About Us**
Reclatam is a legal staffing company connecting top-tier talent with U.S.based law firms. We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients an established immigration law firm specializing in employment-based petitions.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft forms, client correspondence, and legal cover letters.
- Communicate with clients to collect documents and clarify information.
- Track deadlines, USCIS updates, and follow up on pending matters.
- Maintain case files and update case management software.
- Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth case flow.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in U.S. immigration law, specifically with **O-1 visas** and **adjustment of status**.
- Strong understanding of USCIS filing procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Proficient with Docketwise
- Must be comfortable working **remotely** and aligning with a **Pacific Time (PST)** schedule.
