We’re Hiring: Personal Injury Paralegal - U.S. Legal Support

Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with strong research and drafting skills? We’re looking for a **Remote Personal Injury Paralegal** to join our team and support U.S.based attorneys.

About the Role

As a Paralegal with experience in **U.S. plaintiff-side personal injury**, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. This position involves drafting pleadings, handling discovery, managing filings in **California courts**, and coordinating hearings and depositions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise summaries
- Draft, review, and edit pleadings and other legal documents
- Manage discovery and court filings
- Maintain and update case files and legal records
- Coordinate hearings, depositions, and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with attorneys and team members
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely completion of tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Experience with U.S. personal injury cases (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage case files efficiently
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
