The Strategy, Planning & Analytics Consumer Specialist within the Strategy team at Rappi is responsible for the design and execution of Rappi's highest impact initiatives with our Consumer/ Growth team, set quarterly targets and control performance metrics on a weekly basis, helping operational teams set plans to hit the metrics. The role leads cross-functional projects aiming to improve the performance of this program, which vary depending on the initiative, but commonly include members of Pro, Product, Growth, Local teams, Operations and Data science. The role is dynamic and fast paced and has frequent interaction with Rappi's C level as well as our diverse global leadership team. The main responsibilities of this role include: (i) setting targets for Consumer team, (ii) understand the changes in spend efficiency & reasons for user behavior change, (iii) generate insights for new initiatives & tests, (iv) coordinate the execution & monitoring of core Growth initiatives with different cross-functional teams, (v) controlling of spend and efficiency of key initiatives.

About the job:

Driving and prioritizing most important company initiatives 

Leading the development of metrics and their respective weekly tracking, leveraging Rappi's extensive data capabilities 

Creating a business case and financial model for initiatives aligning with company financial and strategic goals

Defining rollout plans including execution design, necessary development in product, or important operational changes

Identifying key stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and establish corresponding agreements between different areas

Identifying execution risks, and finding the resources in the company to unblock

Working closely with Pro, Growth, Operations, Customer support, Product and Data teams for insights that help teams get to the targets faster

Required Skills:

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in consulting or similar or, preferably MBB, or 3 years in other industries. Investment banking, VC experience candidates, and candidates with experience in financial planning in large corporations are also encouraged to apply.

Extensive project management and leadership skills including diagnosis, design and execution of diverse projects

Experience with the design and execution of data analysis as well as leading with data-driven decision making

Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities and timelines

Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving, performance driven, environment

Exceptional problem solving skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with highly complex business challenges

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including presentations or other mediums to communication complex ideas

Curiosity to learn and work in the start-up/tech world of LatAm

Exceptionally strong excel modeling knowledge

SQL skills are a plus. Eagerness to learn a must.

Proficient English skills (Spanish and Portuguese are plus)
